Terms & Conditions

All major credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted for payment. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is due at the time the event is booked. The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of the event. A full refund of the deposit will be issued for events cancelled 14 or more days before the date of the event. Deposits for events cancelled 1-13 days before the event date will be applied to a future Joonie & Jake’s booking. Cancellations the day of the event are non-refundable.
